Classes and Workshops
Workshops are free with your membership. However, for a small additional fee you can join our over 60 classes in a month running from 6:15am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 8:00pm daily with either our Unlimited Gold, Platinum or Visit Based Memberships. Here are some of our classes!

LEARN TO LIFT WORKSHOP
Our Learn to Lift Workshops, led by our expert coaches, will teach you how to lift weights confidently while supporting you with the basics of good technique to inspire your workouts and help you achieve the best results. You will work in small, friendly groups, with personalized guidance on form to make sure you feel confident and safe when training with weights. See you at the bar!
BODY TONE CLASS
If you're looking to give your body a top-to-toe workout to some great music, this is the class for you. The exercises involve completing reps using a choice of weights and are designed to boost your metabolism and burn body fat. This class varies from week to week to keep your body on its toes and ensure you continue to condition, tone and sculpt your whole body.


LEARN TO TRAIN GLUTES
Learn how to effectively strengthen, train and build your glutes with guidance from one of our coaches in our learn to train glutes workshop.
BURN IT CLASS
Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focusses on using only your bodyweight in varying styles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including Tabata. Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great if you’re looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.
